Sundar brings over 25 years of experience in global IT leadership, business transformation and people development, and has led multi-million-dollar portfolios globally across the U.S., UK, Hong Kong, China and India. Alongside his technology leadership journey, he also gained the experience of running a preschool, which gave him a very different perspective on learning, development and nurturing potential.
Today, he is bringing these experiences together through Grow2Transform, for GPS (Graduates, Professionals, Students), helping students and professionals grow and transform through career counselling, coaching, corporate training and professional development.
His approach goes beyond "What career should I choose?" to who you are, where you want to go and what you need to develop to get there, so people make better career choices, build the right capabilities and confidently navigate their next chapter.
Having experienced multiple international relocations across the UK, China and Hong Kong, and explored different international schooling environments for her child, Priya developed a deeper appreciation for the importance of early childhood education in shaping a child's future. These experiences inspired her and her family to return to India and establish a preschool with a vision to give children a strong, nurturing and joyful foundation for lifelong learning.
With hands-on experience in preschool leadership and a deep understanding of child development and purposeful learning, Priya is passionate about creating an environment where every child feels safe, valued and encouraged to learn, explore and grow with confidence. She focuses on nurturing curiosity, creativity, independence, social skills and essential life skills during the most formative years of a child's development.
